As a Maintenance Attendant, you will focus on ensuring cleanliness and functionality in all Credit Union spaces. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of drive-up areas and facility exteriors
• Carry out minor repairs on lighting and plumbing systems
• Assist in grounds maintenance by managing landscaping activities
• Move and assemble furniture for various setups




• Communicate effectively with staff and vendors about maintenance needs
Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent experience required
• Preference for candidates with maintenance or construction experience
• Understanding of property and janitorial maintenance procedures
• Positive organizational and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs
