In this contract role, you’ll assist the General Manager in managing the portfolio while completing annual budget projects. Relying on your property management expertise, you will analyze financial statements and liaise with tenants on account matters. Your strong communication skills will support effective tenant relationships and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support General Manager and manage portfolio effectively
• Analyze financial statements for monthly reporting
• Liaise with tenants for account collections




• Supervise contracts and ensure compliance
• Process cheques, invoices, and reports accurately
Requirements:
• 3+ years of property management experience
• Effective communication skills, oral and written
• Solid time management and problem-solving abilities
• Intermediate MS Office skills; Yardi knowledge is a plus
• Hold property management real estate license in good standing
