In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the AI Operating System (AIOS) strategy at Zafin, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. You will establish governance standards and oversee the Discover, Design, Build, Embed, and Expand framework, ensuring effective AI delivery and reusable capabilities. Your focus will be on transferring AI ownership to clients while building strong relationships and organizational alignment.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct AIOS strategy and adoption roadmap across teams • Chair governance forums and resolve architectural conflicts • Drive AI delivery journey for effective capability transfer • Monitor platform metrics to ensure operational success • Sponsor the growth of the AI capability library

Requirements: • 15+ years in technology delivery roles • Degree or relevant experience in computer science or business • In-depth knowledge of AI platforms and delivery models • Experience with enterprise-wide technology strategy • Strong grasp of the financial services landscape
