As the Senior Product Manager, you will own the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, act as the customer advocate, and deliver products that are easy to use and create significant value.

What You’ll Do

Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

Authoring detailed product requirements and user stories; collaborating with Engineering, UX, QA, and Marketing to ensure successful execution.

Collaborating closely with Sales and Support teams to enable successful customer adoption, including creating training material and supporting key customer engagements.





Driving product positioning and go‑to‑market plans in collaboration with Marketing, ensuring consistent messaging and value articulation.

Mentoring and guiding junior product managers or cross‑functional contributors, fostering a strong product‑thinking culture.

Acting as a product expert in executive briefings, customer sessions, trade shows, and conferences.

Staying up to date with competitive product landscapes, technological advancements, and evolving customer needs.

What You’ll Bring

At least 5 years of product management experience in an enterprise software or SaaS environment, with 2+ years in a senior‑level role preferred.

Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.

Demonstrated success in launching and managing innovative, scalable products.

Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills—comfortable influencing across levels and departments.

Technical background or robust technical fluency, especially in networking, enterprise IT, or telecommunications.

Ability to collaborate and lead in a matrixed, cross‑functional team environment.

Strong prioritization, analytical,



and problem‑solving abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; graduate degree is a plus.

Experience with Android, Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows Server is a plus.

Completion of Pragmatic Marketing (now Pragmatic Institute) training is a plus.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events; valid passport required.
