Job Summary

Duties
Welcome residents and guests with a warm, professional demeanor, providing excellent guest services at all times
Safely park, retrieve, and manage resident vehicles with precision and care
Verify visitor identities and log entries to ensure authorized access to the premises
Assist with luggage or package handling as needed, demonstrating hospitality and attentiveness
Monitor security cameras and perform regular patrols of common areas to maintain safety standards




Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, security personnel, and management to coordinate access and respond to inquiries or emergencies
Cleaning duties of common areas.

Skills
Proven experience in dealership or hospitality environments demonstrating strong guest services skills
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional tone that fosters positive interactions
Solid customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
Knowledge of security protocols or previous security experience is a plus
Ability to remain alert, attentive, and courteous during long shifts while managing multiple responsibilities
