We are seeking a vigilant and professional security to ensure the safety and security of our venue, staff, and patrons. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence. This role is vital in maintaining a safe environment and providing exceptional customer service while enforcing venue policies and regulations.

Duties
Monitor entry points and conduct security checks to verify age and identification
Enforce venue rules and regulations to prevent disruptive behavior
Manage crowd control during events, ensuring smooth flow of patrons
Use surveillance equipment such as CCTV to observe activity within the premises
Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, de-escalating conflicts when necessary
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services if required
Conduct regular patrols of the venue to identify potential security issues or safety hazards
Assist with loss prevention measures by observing for theft or suspicious activity




Maintain detailed incident reports as needed

Requirements
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred
Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and respond quickly when needed
Good communication skills and professional demeanor
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks and any required training certifications
Prior experience in loss prevention or crowd management is a plus
