Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support Heavy Duty Mechanics daily
• Oversee preventative and emergency maintenance tasks
• Schedule and validate completion of inspections
• Assist in diagnosing equipment malfunctions
• Update maintenance records for accurate documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Red Seal certification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic
• In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment servicing
• Solid independent work ethic with team-leading abilities
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
