Responsibilities
Monitor dogs during play sessions to ensure secure and positive interactions
Assist with dog handling, including basic training and behavior management
Maintain cleanliness of the play areas, kennels, and common spaces to promote hygiene and safety
Communicate effectively with pet owners about their dogs’ activities and well-being
Assist with loading and unloading dogs, including heavy lifting when necessary




Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
Support team members in managing daily operations and responding to pet emergencies promptly

Skills
Strong customer service skills to engage positively with pet owners and visitors
Ability to handle multiple dogs safely while maintaining a lively, energetic environment
Physical stamina for standing, walking, and heavy lifting throughout the shift
Clear communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
