Key Responsibilities:
• Layout, fit, and weld steel according to specifications
• Apply GMAW, MCAW, and FCAW techniques effectively
• Operate fabrication tools and overhead cranes
• Inspect work for compliance with quality standards
• Keep work areas clean and secure
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in custom steel fabrication
• Solid skills in reading blueprints and weld symbols
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods
• AWS or CWB certification preferred
• Previous experience in fabrication shop advantageous
