We are excited to find a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee essential accounting tasks at our logistics and fulfillment enterprise. You will be instrumental in executing month-end close and preparing for the reconciliation of 2025 financial documents. This position allows you to bring structure to evolving processes while addressing discrepancies in our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly closes, including journal entries and accruals
• Create monthly balance sheet reconciliations with diligence
• Manage daily and monthly bank reconciliation tasks
• Assist operations in timely and accurate invoicing
• Help structure accounting processes over the initial months
Requirements:
• Preferred CPA designation (completed or in progress)
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience required
• Solid background in month-end close and reconciliations
• Experience in logistics or high-volume environments is advantageous
• Proficiency in using accounting software/ERPs
