Key Responsibilities:
• Manage software development practices using Agile methodologies
• Facilitate mentoring and skill enhancement for team members
• Lead cooperative solution design efforts with multiple teams
• Assist with setting technical priorities and objectives
• Maintain tools and frameworks to support team performance
Requirements:
• Robust proficiency in Java, Groovy, and frontend frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD and agile practices
• Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure like AWS
• Understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Prior experience in leading or managing software teams is a plus
