Oversee consistent Tier 1 supervision framework across regions
Maintain supervision manuals and policies for both dealers




Act as senior escalation point for complex supervision matters
Collaborate with internal partners on compliance issues
Ensure effective execution of advisor oversight processes

Requirements:
University degree with 10 years of financial experience
Expertise in mutual fund and investment dealer compliance
Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills
Proven capability in leading high-performing teams
Bilingualism in English and French an asset
