Our client is a leading industry provider and one of Canada’s largest suppliers of services to the healthcare sector. They are currently seeking a Director of Off-Site Operations to join their team in Vancouver.

The Director of Off-Site Operations will strategically lead and optimize all off‑site and customer service operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, by managing a dedicated team of Customer Service Managers, off‑site employees, and external freight/logistics partners.

Provide strategic oversight for Customer Service Managers and off‑site employees, including leads and supervisors.

Maintain and direct the performance of the freight/logistics contractor, ensuring on‑time delivery and service excellence.





Build and maintain strong relationships with external health authority contract managers.

Lead initiatives to deliver seamless off‑site services at hospitals and long‑term care facilities.

Monitor and drive continuous improvement in operational performance to achieve business goals.

Strong strategic and business acumen with the ability to optimize operations.

Customer‑focused with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs effectively.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
