Be a team player! Be Helpful and compassionate to your fellow members
Provide properly washed and sanitary plates to be served to our guests
Follow a ‘clean as you go’ mentality
Keep an adequate supply of clean dishware/utensils stocked up for the Service staff
Ensure there is a ready supply of kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, inserts, utensils,
ready to go for the Line Cooks
Ensure cleaning supplies are replenished as needed, and learn the proper chemical amounts for the dishwasher
Stock shelves with clean dishes and supplies
Clean restrooms and other assigned duties
