Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to uphold environmental standards
Ensure all dishware is stored correctly to prevent damage and facilitate easy access for staff
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods
Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or hotel setting can be advantageous
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks with energy and efficiency
