This senior leadership role combines project oversight and team mentorship. As a Discipline Lead at Arcadis, you will oversee drainage engineering initiatives within the Mobility Global Business Area.

With a focus on project delivery, you will guide a collaborative team while ensuring high-quality and timely completion of stormwater management projects. Your efficiency in using advanced modelling tools will contribute significantly to innovative outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver drainage and stormwater projects
Supervise and mentor engineering team for project success
Develop technical reports, specifications, and designs




Engage with clients to understand and fulfill project needs
Contribute to business development in the drainage sector

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng. designation
At least 10 years in stormwater management and drainage design
Demonstrated leadership in project management
Proficiency in hydraulic modelling and related software
Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
