Horizon is a family and we are excited to be growing! A Foreman's role is to complete all assigned field projects within assigned deadlines and budgets while managing a crew of workers. They are required to take ownership of the entire onsite operation of a project. In relation to that a supervisors' role is to facilitate an workplace of growth for employees, manage relations with general contractor and subcontractors, and achieve overall project success.

Your Experience Minimum of 5 years' industry experience in progressive roles
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role an asset
Clean Driver's Abstract
Mobile equipment experience with skid steer and excavator
Post-secondary trades education or Red Seal (completion or working towards) in Landscaping/Horticulture an asset

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 104,000 CAD per year (Sea to Sky Region)
