Salary Up to 150K + Bonus
The posted salary range reflects expected compensation for this role in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications and may fall anywhere within the range.
Responsibilities Overseeing the entire operational accounting functions including AP, AR, Billings, Collections GLs, and Trust Accounting.
Oversee that all accounts are reconciled correctly.
Oversee company’s accounting close-end processes.




Mentor and develop a big accounting team (around 10 people).
Manage both quarterly and month end financial reporting.
Qualifications 7+ years of Accounting experience and be very knowledgeable on debits and credits.
2+ years experience managing and developing large teams.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a outstanding eye for improved efficiencies.
Excellent people skills with both internal and external partners.
Strong communicator, presents well over the phone, in person or via email.
Analytical thinker.
CPA is highly recommended but not a must.
