About The Team
The Product Delivery & Execution team enables product teams to scale efficiently by improving processes, tools, and cross‑functional alignment. We partner with Product Management, Engineering, go‑to‑market, deployment, support, and customer success to ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability.

What you will do
As a Senior Program Manager, Product Delivery & Execution, you will lead complex, cross‑functional enterprise software programs, focusing on Platform initiatives. You will translate strategy into executable plans, drive alignment, and deliver results in high‑ambiguity environments.

Program Leadership

Build and drive end‑to‑end execution plans for enterprise software and platform programs requiring cross‑team coordination.

Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate strategy into milestone‑driven plans.

Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs across internal and external workstreams.

Ensure disciplined tracking of input and output metrics tied to platform capabilities, business outcomes, and delivery health.

Proactively identify blockers, call out issues directly, and drive resolution through transparent ownership and escalation paths.

Execution, Governance, and Optimization

Maintain program artifacts, including plans, decision logs, risk registers, and dependency maps.

Drive path‑to‑green recovery plans with defined corrective actions, owners, and timelines.





Reduce friction and improve throughput across internal and externally managed workstreams.

Continuously improve delivery processes for predictability, efficiency, and scale.

Use data and stakeholder feedback to identify optimization opportunities across programs.

Proactively build tools, templates, and lightweight automation to scale execution and team productivity.

Design repeatable operating models and scalable systems rather than ad hoc coordination approaches.

Communication and Alignment

Communicate programs clearly to executive and cross‑functional audiences.

Provide structured status reporting, risk escalation, and expectation management.

Drive accountability through influence.

Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Go‑to‑Market, Deployment, Support, and Customer Success.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an asset. Project or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are preferred.

10+ years of experience in program management within enterprise software, platform, or infrastructure environments.

Strong understanding of scalable systems, platform capabilities, and cross‑functional dependencies.

Strong fluency in AI‑enabled tools and workflows, with a track record of using automation, data, and emerging technologies to streamline execution.





Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and improve delivery predictability across programs.

Strong leadership, judgment, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Exceptional communication skills, able to tailor messaging across executive and cross‑functional audiences.

Operates with a growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership for product outcomes.
