What is the opportunity?
As Data & Insights Analyst, Employee Onboarding, you will be responsible for measuring, monitoring, and reporting on onboarding performance across the employee lifecycle. You will transform operational data into actionable insights, helping stakeholders understand onboarding effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress against key business outcomes.
Job Description
As a Data & Insights Analyst, you will analyze onboarding data, develop dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the employee onboarding experience and outcomes.
What will you do?
Performance Measurement & KPI Management
Define and maintain onboarding performance metrics and KPIs.
Establish baseline measurements and performance targets for the Employee Onboarding team.
Monitor onboarding outcomes and identify emerging trends.
Measure employee readiness, fulfillment timelines, and experience outcomes.
Develop scorecards, executive reporting, and dashboards that leverage automation and reduce manual effort where possible.
Dashboard & Reporting
Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions.
Develop operational, tactical, and executive-level reporting views.
Improve accessibility and transparency of onboarding performance data.
Reduce manual reporting activities through automation.
Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
Analytics & Insights
Analyze onboarding data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Conduct root cause analysis for onboarding issues and delays.
Support prioritization decisions using quantitative insights.
Develop recommendations based on trends and performance data.
Translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Data Governance & Quality
Establish reporting standards and data definitions.
Validate data quality across onboarding systems and platforms.
Partner with tech teams to improve data availability and integrity.
Maintain KPI definitions and measurement methodologies.
Continuous Improvement Support
Measure benefits realization for onboarding initiatives.
Support business case development and prioritization exercises.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of new capabilities.
Provide analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have Experience
2-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, or operational reporting.
Building dashboards and performance reporting.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Ability to communicate insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Nice-to-have Experience
SN Performance analytics.
Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Employee experience, service management, HR or Tech ops.
SQL and data visualization experience.
Supporting transformation programs.
