The Prospect
We are looking for an Influencer Strategist to lead influencer and creator strategy across multiple client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and execution. You will be responsible for developing influencer programs that align with brand objectives, resonate with audiences, and deliver measurable results.

You will work closely with Social Strategists, Account, Creative, and Production teams to bring influencer ideas to life from brief to post‑campaign reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop influencer strategies that align with broader social and brand strategies

Identify, evaluate, and recommend creators and influencers across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels

Build and manage influencer shortlists, outreach, negotiations, contracts, and relationships

Lead influencer campaign planning from ideation through execution and wrap reporting

Collaborate with creative teams on concepts, briefs, and content direction for creators

Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals across campaigns

Track performance and deliver insightful post‑campaign reporting with clear learnings and recommendations

Stay on top of creator trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform strategy

Support new business pitches with influencer ideas, talent recommendations, and strategic POVs

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or a related role at an agency or brand

Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator culture, and social platforms

Experience managing influencer campaigns end‑to‑end, including budgets and contracts

Ability to think strategically while also executing with strong attention to detail





Confident communicator who can present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn performance metrics into insights

Passion for social media, internet culture, and emerging creators

Bonus Points

Experience working on multi‑market or global campaigns

Familiarity with influencer tools and platforms

Experience supporting or leading influencer components of new business pitches

$65,000 - $75,000 a year

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, we still welcome your application.
