SAP BW Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Calgary (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Techno-Functional Consultant to support the design, development, and maintenance of SAP BW solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in SAP BW, BW ABAP, data modeling, data extraction, and reporting, with the ability to deliver high-quality analytics and data warehousing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support SAP BW solutions using SAP BW 7.4/7.5.

Develop and enhance BW ABAP routines, including customer exits and transformation routines.

Design and maintain data models to support business reporting requirements.

Develop and optimize data extraction processes from SAP and non-SAP systems.

Build, monitor, and troubleshoot Process Chains.

Create and maintain Open Hub destinations for downstream data consumption.

Develop and maintain reports using BEx Analyzer and Query Designer.





Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP BW objects.

Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills

6–8 years of experience working with SAP BW.

Extensive experience with SAP BW 7.4/7.5.

Strong experience with BW ABAP, including customer exits and transformation routines.

Deep expertise in:

Data Modeling.

Data Extraction.

Process Chain Handling.

Open Hub Creation.

Hands‑on experience with BEx Analyzer and Query Designer.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
