Our client is sourcing a Manager, Private Markets Operations for a 10-month contract.

About the Opportunity

Oversee the full lifecycle of specialized investment activities, including setup, transaction handling, settlements, and ongoing support functions.

Review and validate daily activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Support and guide team members in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Maintain data integrity across processes and workflows.

Work with internal and external groups to align processes and improve documentation standards.

Respond to various requests while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Maintain and enhance controls, policies, and procedural documentation.

Support systems and tools used in daily operations.

Monitor team performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Assist with audit-related activities and provide required support.

Contribute to process enhancements and efficiency initiatives.

Participate in meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed.

Support broader team and organizational objectives as needed.

About You

Post‑secondary education in a related field.

Relevant skilled designation is considered an asset.

Several years of experience in operations within a structured environment.

Prior experience leading or supporting a team.

Familiarity with complex investment structures is beneficial.





Experience with process improvements is an asset.

Location Requirement
You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
