Location & Schedule
Gatineau, QC – Full time.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the team of experts and management.

Gather facts from policyholders, third parties, and witnesses, interviewing them with tact and diligence according to client quality standards.

Investigate facts and circumstances to determine the cause of the loss and establish liability when applicable.

Assess and determine the extent of damages according to client standards.

Negotiate a fair and satisfactory settlement for all parties involved.

Perform assigned tasks in compliance with established work, policy, and procedural standards.

Meet production goals set by management.

Qualifications

Claims adjuster license, category 5a.

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Excellent oral and written communication in both French and English.

Proficiency with Microsoft tools.





PAA certification is an asset.

Good time‑management skills.

Valid driver’s license.
