Corporate Law Clerk - Hybrid Our is a busy boutique firm based in Etobicoke and they are currently looking for an intermediate/senior full time corporate law clerk with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their team in their busy corporate and commercial practice. Provincial and federal common share incorporations and organizations. General corporate maintenance (Director, officer, shareholder, accountant changes, name changes).
To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 5 years Corporate Law experience at a top tier law firm. A combination of private practice experience and relevant in-house corporate experience may be considered.
Experience working in a corporate database as well as corporate searching knowledge will be a huge asset. The role offers and very generous compensation and advantages package. You will also be provided with a personal office.
