Wood is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong leadership and communication skills for our Minerals & Metals EPCM business in Vancouver, BC.
The role requires superior Mining EPCM project execution skills and the ability to manage large‑scale mega projects ($500Mn–$1Bn).
Responsibilities Oversee the development of project budgets, schedules and progress reports.
Manage and coordinate project staff and subcontractors to ensure safe, cost‑effective, efficient and timely completion of studies and projects.
Lead project execution from feasibility studies through to delivery, maintaining client expectations.
Develop recent, proprietary and creative solutions to improve current processes.
Travel domestically and internationally as required for project sites.
Qualifications Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Engineering.
10+ years of experience in Mining EPCM,



mining construction and/or mining operations.
Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager on large mining projects ($100Mn–$1Bn) in lithium, gold, copper or other precious metals.
Proven experience in managing greenfield and large brownfield projects.
Robust leadership, solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Completion of a certified project management program is considered an asset.
Willingness to travel internationally for project duration.
Authorization to lawfully work in Canada without sponsorship is required.
Salary range: CAD $200,000 – $240,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
