Location: British Columbia (Camp work: 14 days on / 7 days off)

Duration: 2026–2031 (5-year project)

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 + Living Out Allowance (TBD)

Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a gas-turbine-driven compressor station project in BC.

You’ll be responsible for the full project lifecycle—planning, execution, budget, schedule, and stakeholder management—ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall delivery of a gas turbine compressor station project from start to completion

Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet key milestones

Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Provide regular reporting on progress, costs, and forecasts





Support and guide site teams to ensure efficient project execution

Qualifications & Experience

7+ years of experience in industrial or facility project management

Experience delivering compressor stations, pump stations, or similar process facilities (strong asset)

Exposure to gas turbine systems is highly desirable

Proven track record managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

Solid understanding of project controls, scheduling, and budgeting

Experience working in remote or camp-based settings preferred

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Robust leadership and decision-making ability

Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem‑solving

Clear and confident communicator

Collaborative and hands‑on leadership style
