In the role of Maintenance Planner, you will ensure that maintenance activities are meticulously planned to support the production process at Hemlo. Your main responsibilities will include developing maintenance schedules, managing work orders within SAP, and ensuring effective collaboration with Maintenance and Production teams. A proactive approach to tracking preventative maintenance will be essential in this quick-paced mining setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and optimize maintenance activities and schedules
• Ensure effective coordination between Maintenance and Production
• Handle work orders and inventory management through SAP
• Track compliance and monitor PM processes
• Participate in safety and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Experience in maintenance clerical or planning roles
• Robust familiarity with SAP and other CMMS
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and PM standards
• Mining plant experience is an asset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
