Using Salesforce, you will track engagements while improving workflows and suggesting continuous enhancements based on client feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Discuss the value of workflow solutions with customers
• Keep accurate Salesforce records of all customer interactions




• Guide clients to optimize their current workflows
• Set up software configurations tailored to client needs
• Implement effective document workflows in Clio’s systems

Requirements:
• Over 5 years developing workflow solutions
• 2 years of legal experience or training
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent strategic and presentation skills
