About the Role Our client is looking for a qualified Senior Accountant that has a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in fund, public accounting, audit, or tax. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of US GAAP and partnership taxation.
Responsibilities Manage capital calls, distributions, notices, and cash transactions across multiple funds.
Oversee carried interest reporting and vesting schedules with HR.
Generate financial statements, capital account reporting, and accounting records.
Support tax reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
Review legal agreements to ensure accurate allocations and reporting.
Monitor covenant requirements and external reporting obligations.




Lead automation and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred or in progress.
3+ years’ experience in fund, public accounting, audit, or tax.
Knowledge of US GAAP and partnership taxation an asset.
Robust Excel and financial systems skills; automation/AI tools preferred.
Robust organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.
