Key Responsibilities:
• Create accurate valuation schedules and detailed reports
• Complete pricing analyses for acquisitions and divestitures
• Develop high-quality client deliverables including analyses




• Assist in planning engagements by identifying core issues
• Manage multiple valuation files and update status with managers

Requirements:
• Post secondary education in accounting or finance
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Understanding of private enterprise accounting standards
• CPA designation preferred
• Solid detail orientation and interpersonal skills
