Total Group of Companies is seeking Safety Advisors in the Toronto and Ottawa areas to uphold site safety for industrial restoration projects. Ensure a protected, compliant work setting while supporting on-site personnel.

In this role, you will assist local site teams by providing key safety oversight and ensuring compliance with OHS legislation. As a Safety Advisor, you will monitor work activities, conduct hazard assessments, and provide critical training to ensure site safety. Your proactive approach to safety and willingness to learn will allow you to impact team performance positively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor safety compliance and support site personnel
• Conduct hazard assessments and mitigate risks




• Train workers on safety protocols and equipment use
• Report safety incidents and improve practices
• Assist with safety plans and general site housekeeping

Requirements:
• Safety designation (NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license and driving experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Previous experience in safety-critical roles
