Emerald seeks a Vice President & General Manager, Connections to drive growth in their Events portfolio. This full time role focuses on leading trade shows and conferences with strategic and operational excellence.

As a part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives, managing P&L;, and delivering high-quality customer experiences. Your ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team is crucial for achieving event success and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans
• Manage financial performance of trade shows
• Lead seamless execution of events
• Drive revenue through cutting-edge sponsorship strategies
• Analyze performance and optimize future events

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Business or a related field
• 7+ years in trade show management
• 5+ years in a leadership position
• Solid analytical and report interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and prioritization capabilities
