Your responsibilities encompass managing a mixed fleet, fostering team development, and communicating explicit mechanical expectations. Regular travel between shop locations will be required to ensure successful operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen preventative inspection and repair processes

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in mechanical settings
• Solid technical knowledge of mechanical systems
