BA Blacktop Ltd. is in search of a dedicated Construction Superintendent to lead project execution in Port Kells, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role focuses on planning, scheduling, and financial management for successful construction operations. As a part of the Operations team, the Superintendent will coordinate project planning, site supervision, and safety management.

With a minimum of five years in construction management, roadbuilding, or a related field, you’ll need solid leadership and organizational abilities. The role involves daily communication with clients and requires in-depth knowledge of road construction processes and specifications. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to budgets




Manage safety protocols and training for team members
Coordinate equipment scheduling and maintenance
Document project activities and maintain accurate records
Review costs, variances, and ensure accurate billing Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in construction management
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
Robust leadership and communication skills
Proficient in construction management software
Registration with ASTTBC preferred Lead successful construction projects and ensure quality and safety standards as Superintendent with BA Blacktop Ltd.
