Responsibilities
Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks involving hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up scaffolding or safety barriers
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support accurate project execution
Perform tasks related to carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, and painting to meet project specifications
Support plumbing and welding activities as needed, following safety protocols and technical instructions




Conduct caulking and restoration work to enhance building durability and aesthetic appeal
Follow safety guidelines diligently while handling tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and other construction equipment

Experience
Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous
Ability to read blueprints or schematics will help you excel in supporting complex projects
Knowledge of construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, or restoration work is a plus
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to safety standards is essential for success in this role
