Infosys is hiring for Senior telecom skilled leading solution delivery, business analysis, and business process analysis for telecom delivery and transformation programs. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

Manage end-to-end delivery of telecom BSS, Order Entry, Order Management, Catalog, CPQ, billing, CRM. Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, PMs, technical leads, QA teams, operations, vendors, and third-party providers. Support successful product launches, release readiness, testing coordination, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch issue resolution.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
