Enhance aerospace project management at MHI Canada Aerospace as the Supplier Industrialization Manager in Mississauga, Ontario. Collaborate with vendors for flawless project execution within budget.
This role requires you to report directly to the Director – Strategic Sourcing while working on supplier and internal project alignment. Your main focus is on resource forecasting, project planning, and the implementation of best practices for recent product launches. You will continuously drive improvements in supplier performance and monitor production stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal and external project resources
• Develop scopes for part/assembly transfers
• Create detailed project plans for recent implementations




• Compile and lead supplier status reporting
• Conduct post-project evaluations for process enhancement
Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ experience in project management
• Solid knowledge of aerospace standards needed
• Master’s degree in engineering or similar preferred
• Must possess PMP certification
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
