You will be responsible for the overall operation of the bar, maintaining service excellence, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee bartending operations and service standards
• Provide training and supervise bartender performance
• Make and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages




• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor safety practices in compliance with regulations

Requirements:
• Proven experience leading in a busy restaurant bar
• Valid ProServe certification is a must
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work versatile schedule including holidays
• Physically able to handle lifting and standing duties
