In this full time leadership role, you will report to the President & CEO, guiding the Resource Development Team and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies. Your experience will shape initiatives that align with BGC’s mission while building relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing community engagement through effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fundraising strategy development and implementation
• Lead and develop the Resource Development Team
• Manage donor engagement and stewardship programs
• Build successful sponsorship initiatives and negotiations
• Ensure donor database integrity and compliance

Requirements:
• 5+ years of fundraising experience
• Solid background in managing diverse portfolios
• Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) an asset
• Proficient in fundraising and office software
• Exceptional influencing and organizational skills
