Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough risk assessments and treatment planning
• Offer therapeutic counselling in both individual and group formats
• Assist clients during transitions from hospital to community services
• Promote clients’ rights and navigate the healthcare system
• Keep accurate records and engage in team development discussions
Requirements:
• Completed or in-progress Master’s degree in human services
• Certification in Stage Screening and Assessment
• Experienced in substance abuse counselling
• Knowledgeable about trauma-informed practices
• Robust collaborative and communication abilities
