In this vital role at Fraser Health, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care within a diverse health workplace. Your one year of recent acute care experience will support you as you utilize a culturally competent framework to address patients' needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and deliver patient-centered care in palliative settings

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school
• One year of relevant acute care or palliative experience
• Current BCCNM registration
• Demonstrated palliative care knowledge
