• Gather and prioritize requirements with GTM stakeholders
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement areas
• Create and manage Salesforce dashboards for performance metrics




• Ensure high-quality data governance in Salesforce
• Participate in cross-functional team collaborations

Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in Operations or Business Analysis
• Proven track record in documentation and process mapping
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and reporting
• Robust understanding of GTM methodologies
• Excellent analytical and verbal skills
