Location
In Office role, North York, ON – near Consumers Road & Victoria Park Avenue
Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday (once per month): 9:00am – 2:00pm
Primary Responsibilities
At Consolidated Credit Counseling Services of Canada, we are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve financial freedom. Since 2007, we have been a trusted leader in the non‑profit credit counselling industry and we’re looking for motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Inbound Financial Counsellors.
Provide financial guidance to clients and help them eliminate unsecured debt.
Assist in budgeting, goal setting, and managing finances.
Create personalized financial plans that empower clients to regain control of their financial future.
Help enroll potential clients into a financial program to help them with their outstanding debts.
Qualifications
No Industry Experience? We provide comprehensive in‑house training to ensure you’re set up for success!
Robust people skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Self‑motivated and driven to meet goals and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and be able to multi‑task and prioritize work on a daily basis.
Fact gathering skills.
Knowledge and use of PC Systems.
Previous experience in collections, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required.
Post‑secondary education is required.
AFCC designation or the ability to fulfill AFCC requirements within the first 2 years of employment (company-sponsored).
Bilingual candidates (French/English) are preferred.
