Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess plant operational metrics regularly
• Coach teams using the Johnson Controls Business System (JCBS)




• Lead improvement planning projects with measurable outcomes

• Document process improvements and share insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement
• Proven track record in operational leadership
• Proficiency in statistical analysis for process improvements
• Experience with Microsoft Suite applications
