We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about products and services. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to customers in a timely manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a qualified manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
