Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate patient/client care
• Develop and assess staff training programs
• Lead quality improvement and evaluations

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience including supervisory roles
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• Access to a vehicle with a valid BC driver's license
• Robust knowledge of MHSU practices and procedures
