You'll be responsible for placing the right people in key positions, developing their skills, and promoting a culture of accountability and recognition. Your expertise in HR practices will ensure compliance while facilitating employee growth and satisfaction in both field and office settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the entire recruitment lifecycle from job postings to offers
• Design onboarding programs to ensure recent hires adapt quickly




• Develop plans for career progression and leadership identification
• Oversee the performance review process effectively
• Ensure HR policies and agreements are up to date and compliant

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in HR, with 2+ in a lead role
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5)
• Understanding of BC Employment Standards and legal obligations
• Excellent trust-building and feedback skills
• Experience in trades or field operations is an advantage
