Become a key player in Stantec's marketing efforts as a Marketing Events Specialist. This full time role is integral to the development and execution of events and sponsorship initiatives across various regions.

In this capacity, you will report to the Marketing Manager and focus on increasing Stantec’s visibility through well-coordinated tradeshows and advertising campaigns. Engaging with a variety of stakeholders, your role will encompass everything from logistics to budget management. Your ability to communicate effectively and prioritize tasks will be vital in achieving marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute national and regional events
• Align promotional materials with brand standards




• Track performance metrics for events and sponsorships
• Collaborate on advertising strategies and materials
• Maintain an updated promotional activities database

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in marketing or related field
• 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams
