IAMGOLD is on the lookout for a Milling Competency Evaluator at the Cote Gold Mine Site. This fixed-term role emphasizes validation of common core competencies within milling operations.

As a Common Core Specialist, your responsibility will be to perform as the Site Signing Authority, ensuring trainee competencies are validated and sign-offs are performed in line with Ministry standards. You will maintain accurate documentation and support training delivery through evaluations and observations, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
